Lynne earned her Master’s of Science in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in Speech and Hearing Sciences from Texas Tech University, Lubbock, Texas. Lynne has twenty-six years experience in working with children and adults with speech-language and swallowing impairments. Lynne is certified as a Vital Stim. provider for both children and adults. She has provided services in variety of settings including: Baylor Rehabilitation Hospital in Dallas, TX; Newport Speech and Language, Laguna Hills, CA; St. Joseph’s Hospital, Orange, CA; Mission Hospital, Mission Viejo, CA; Providence Speech and Hearing Center, Orange, CA; Irvine Medical Center, Irvine, CA; and Seton Hospital, Austin, TX. In addition, she holds Linda-mood Bell certification in LIPs, Seeing Stars, and Visualizing and Verbalizing. Being the parent of a child with an Autistic Spectrum Disorder and multiple medical problems, Lynne actively researches the latest treatment options available for her daughter as well as her patients. Lynne enjoys time with her family, raising standard poodles, and being active outdoors.
KENNETH T. LUKES, B.A., M.B.ABusiness Development/Owner
Kenneth Lukes earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands in California with an emphasis in Global Business. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations from the University of Wisconsin. Ken serves as the Operations Manager for Temecula Valley Therapy Services. Since the development of its business plan and incorporation, he has worked to manage all business functions of TVTS. In addition to his responsibilities at TVTS, Ken is the Business Development Manager for InMark, Inc. and travels internationally consulting with pharmaceutical companies. Prior to his current positions, Ken owned, operated and successfully sold a small business with his wife and partner, Lynne Lukes in Austin, Texas. When he is not working, Ken enjoys fishing, working out, and spending time with his family.
SERWYNA D. AQUINO, B.S., RPTPhysical Therapist / Co-Director of PT
Serwyna completed her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy in 1999 at EAC, Manila, Philippines. She has extensive training in Neuro-Rehabilitation, Geriatrics, Pediatrics and Orthopedics. She has mentored aspiring physical therapists at the Philippine Nation Police General Hospital. She has been a part of various community outreach programs providing medical mission and special child education. She wants to focus her clinical knowledge and skills in the area of neurological and pediatrics rehabilitation. She has a proven track record of reliable and dependable services to patients and their families.
ALLISON SANTIBANEZ, M.A., OTROccupational Therapist Registered / Director of OT
Allison earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Southern California in 2006. She continued on in the USC Occupational Therapy Master of Arts program with an emphasis in pediatrics, graduating with this degree in 2007. Allison has been practicing as an occupational therapist for eight years. Though she has experience working with the adult population, working with children and their families has always been her passion. Allison has experience in providing OT services to children from birth through high-school age in clinic, school, and in-home settings. Allison’s background includes training in sensory integrative dysfunction and feeding difficulties. She loves the opportunity to help children achieve their full potential and celebrating each gain in skill with patients and their family. Allison was born and raised in Orange County, CA, and moved with her family to Temecula in 2013. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, playing music, cooking, watching movies, watching her sons play baseball, and going to Disneyland.
DR. PAUL EGBERT, B.S., DPTPhysical Therapist / Co-Director of PT
Paul C. Egbert is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who graduated with high honors from The University of Saint Augustine for Health Sciences with advanced studies in musculoskeletal dysfunction. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience from the University of California, Riverside where he conducted research on interhemispheric processes and handedness. He went on to present his research at the University of California, Berkley 2010 Cognitive Neuroscience Conference.
Dr. Egbert brings to Temecula Valley Therapy Services more than 10 years experience working with children with special needs in the education. His physical therapy experience includes skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedic, and outpatient pediatric, with mentorship from an APTA certified pediatric specialist. He is pleased to be part of the TVTS team and believes in a collaborative approach to treatment. He is dedicated to utilizing evidenced based practices and working with patients and families towards their goals.
NIKKI KOENEMANN, M.S., CCC-SLPSpeech Language Pathologist/Director of ST
Nikki earned a Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from California State University, San Marcos (CSUSM) where she also received her Bachelor’s degree in Human Development specializing in Children’s Services with a minor in Psychology. She has experience working with patients from early intervention through adults within a private practice, educational, and inpatient hospital settings. Nikki has also had the opportunity to focus on the care and treatment at a primarily Spanish bilingual elementary school, as well as adults with mild to severe cognitive communication and intellectual disabilities. During her undergraduate and graduate school career she was also the Event Coordinator and President of the National Student Speech-Language Hearing Association at CSUSM, promoting community awareness and services regarding communicative sciences and disorders. She also earned student of the year within her district presented by the California Speech-Language Hearing Association (CSHA) in 2015, nominated for continuous hard work in promoting awareness to the field of speech language pathology. Nikki enjoys working with both children and adults, and is passionate about helping all patients achieve their highest level of potential. Nikki enjoys the outdoors, working out, taking her dog Winnie to the beach, exploring the beauty that California has to offer, and spending time with her family and friends.
ELIZABETH DIHEL, BCBABoard Certified Behavioral Analyst/Director of ABA
Elizabeth is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has 6 years of experience working with children with autism. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Elizabeth went on to earn a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy. She completed post graduate coursework at University of West Florida for Applied Behavior Analysis. Elizabeth has experience working with early intervention to 18 years of age. Elizabeth has developed, implemented, and overseen in-home programs, utilizing Applied Behavior Analysis in order to support behavior, communication, daily living, community, social and play skills. Elizabeth incorporates specialized programs such as Discrete Trail Training (DTT), Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Verbal Behavior and Natural Environment Teaching (NET). Elizabeth has created and ran social skills groups, created and ran summer camps, as well as creating and overseeing “parent night out” activities in order to give parents a “date night”. Krista is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has 15 years of experience working with children with autism. MONICA ROQUEZ, M.S., SLPSpeech Language Pathologist
Monica earned her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from California State University, San Marcos after finishing her undergraduate degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology at California State University, East Bay. She has worked in a variety of settings including skilled nursing, center-based programs and in-home based therapy. Her experience consists of working with geriatric patients diagnosed with Dementia, Traumatic Brain Injuries and Dysphagia. In addition, Monica also has experience working with pediatrics, mostly ages 0-3. Prior to becoming a Speech Pathologist, she was working as an ABA therapist, providing services to children ages 0-6. She has received training on PECS, behavior modification and Social stories. Monica loves dogs and traveling. She enjoys exploring national parks and spending time with her friends and loved ones.

Karen earned a Bachelor’s degree in English from UC Riverside in 1993. After being an at home mom to her four sons, she returned to Santa Ana College to pursue a career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. Karen is passionate about helping every person she works with function at their highest potential. She is a native of Southern California and enjoys reading, sports, cooking, hiking, and spending time with her husband and children.
Sheri serves as a licensed, certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, COTA. She graduated from Loma Linda University in 1999, where she earned her license as an Occupational therapy assistant. While working in many different setting; such as school based, private pediatric clinic and in- home therapy services. She has also worked with adults and children in the inpatient and outpatient setting and metal health setting. She has a passion for helping every child achieve their highest potential and believes that learning through play and practice is fun and also meaningful. She is native of Southern California and enjoys gardening, camping and sports with her husband and two boys.
MEGAN SIMMONS, B.S., SLPASpeech Language Pathologist Assistant
Megan received her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Pennsylvania State University. During her school years, she also worked in the speech clinic on campus, which served to fuel her desire to provide speech therapy to both children and adults in need. She first worked in the speech field in the school setting for several years (2006-2011). Megan also completed her fieldwork experience there in order to obtain her SLPA license. She joined the private practice sector in 2012, and loves seeing the progress that patients are able to make through the therapy process. When she’s not at work, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and exploring new places to dine.
MELISSA DIEM VI NGUYEN, B.S., SLPASpeech Language Pathology Assistant
Melissa graduated with a Bachelor’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of the Pacific in 2015. After graduating, she immediately began working with children and teens in the school district as a tutor, and certified substitute teacher. She received her Speech-Language Pathology Assistant license soon after and has been working at TVTS ever since. Melissa hopes to return to school for a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology in the future. When not at work, she enjoys museums, music, small cafes, volunteering, and spending time with family and friends.
KAYLEE SINCLAIR, B.A., SLPASpeech Language Pathology Assistant
Kaylee graduated with her B.A in communication disorders from California State University Fullerton. She then completed her fieldwork experience through Loma Linda University, allowing her to become a licensed Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Throughout college she volunteered at different therapy clinics where she found her passion working with the pediatric population. She plans to apply for a Master’s program in Speech Language pathology in the near future. Kaylee enjoys music, dance, and spending time with her husband and yellow lab.
Rekha graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science. After volunteering at a local clinic and overshadowing Occupational Therapists she discovered her passion to work with children and helping others in need. In 2014, she resigned from her job as an Optician and returned to Santa Ana College to pursue a career as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant. In 2015, she completed 320 Fieldwork hours at TVTS. She is happy to return back at TVTS, but now as a proud team member. After living in Orange County for 20 years, Rekha recently moved to San Marcos with her husband. During her free time she enjoys being with family and friends. She enjoys the outdoors and exploring the beautiful side of San Diego County.
Bree is currently a student at Cal State San Marcos and will be graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development in May. Bree is also working on prerequisites for a Speech Therapy Master’s Program because that is her ultimate career goal. On her free time, she enjoys going to the beach, going on vacation and being with family and friends.
Cristal was born and raised in East Los Angeles, California. In 2012 she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology with a minor in Spanish from Whittier College. She then moved out to the Inland Empire with her family. Cristal has been working with children for the past eight years and has been working as a Behavioral Technician since November 2013. She was recently accepted into Santa Ana College where she plans on pursuing a career as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant. In her free time, Cristal enjoys spending time with family, playing with her niece and nephew, and baking.
Adrienne is currently a student at Cal State Fullerton studying to receive her Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Communicative Disorders in 2016. When not at work or school, Adrienne enjoys serving her community by volunteering with her church, in local elementary schools, and in animal shelters. Having the opportunity to volunteer extensively with children in various special education classrooms has led her to pursue a teaching credential and ultimately an M.A. in Special Education. Adrienne is passionate about helping the children she works with reach their highest potential by utilizing play and positive reinforcement. In her spare time, Adrienne enjoys being outdoors, learning to play the guitar, and spending time with her friends and family.
Minjon has been in the medical field as a medical assistant for over 16 years. Minjon has worked in many different types of medical offices including family practice, internal medicine and general surgery. Minjon’s goal is to one day earn her bachelor’s degree in psychology. Minjon enjoy working with children and helping others. In her spare time Minjon enjoys spending time with her family and friends as well as attending zumba classes.
